Nate and Julie Held, married for 23 years and parents to 5 children, will share from their experience as fost/adoptive parents as well as from their time working for a local Foster Family Agency (FFA). Dinner will be served and a program for children and teens will be provided. RSVPs required.

Nate and Julie Held have been married 23 years and built their family through adoption. Their five children are ages 16, 11, 9, 7 and 6 years old. Nate and Julie worked at a Foster Family Agency (FFA) for 6 years. Nate taught foster/adoption classes and recruited foster/adoptive parents, while Julie did intake and home assessments. Nate is a pastor and has been involved in ministry in various capacities for 15 years. They're passionate about adoption and cannot wait to encourage you through their story!
Dinner will be served to adults.
Pizza and childcare will be provided for children ages 0-12.
Pizza and a Young Life ‘Hangout’ will be provided for teens.
This is a FREE event for families providing care for children through Strong Families, foster care, adoption, guardianship, and kinship placements.
